FAQ
Our robotics programs offer classes for kids as young as elementary school age, while others cater to teenagers. Age group range 8-18 years.
Our Robotic lessons will cover a range of skills including programming, electronics, mechanical design, problem-solving, and teamwork. These lessons will provide a tangible application of theoretical concepts learned in school. Kids can see how math and science principles are applied in real-world scenarios, making learning more relevant and engaging.
Most of our robotic lessons are designed to accommodate beginners, so no prior experience is usually necessary. However, some advanced courses may have prerequisites or recommended knowledge levels. Please check with us before enrolling
Students will work on various projects, including building and programming robots to perform tasks or challenges. Projects can range from simple tasks like line-following robots to more complex ones like programming Lego RVR for various tasks.
Our robotic lessons emphasize hands-on learning, allowing students to build and program robots themselves. However, some courses may include theoretical components to help students understand underlying concepts.
Lesson session durations will be 1-1.5 hours each. Our courses will typically span 6-8 weeks (about 2 months) at a time.
We will provide all necessary equipment including computers and laptops for programming, robotics kits and components, and any specific tools or materials specified by the instructor. Bring in your smile and we will provide the rest!
Robotics have some pre-requisites when it comes to using block, python and JavaScript/NodeJS as programming languages. Our CoderSchool helps teach kids all programming essentials and advanced programming required for robotics and beyond.
Our curriculum is inspired by the educational lessons provided by our robotics partners Lego, Sphero and Drone blocks. We have built our own proprietary course material keeping elementary course knowledge, block and script level programming languages and real-world problems in mind. Our curriculum commonly uses block programming, python and RasberryPi that integrates with all robots and micro controllers in our school.
Parents are welcome to come in a few minutes early to see the project done that day and at the end of the lesson course will get a demo of the project completed.
We strongly believe that in-person classes not only provide opportunities for technical learning but also help develop essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership. These skills are invaluable for success in both academic and professional settings.
All our robotic lessons encourage teamwork and collaboration, as working in groups can help students learn from each other and tackle more complex projects.
Advanced robotic lessons will have prerequisites such as prior experience with programming or electronics, and completion of prerequisite courses. It’s essential to check the course requirements before enrolling.
Robotics introduces kids to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) concepts in a hands-on and engaging way. They learn principles of physics, mathematics, and computer programming while building and programming robots.
Successfully completing robotics projects and seeing their robots in action can boost kids’ confidence and self-esteem. They gain a sense of accomplishment from overcoming challenges and mastering new skills.
Working with robots requires kids to think critically and creatively to solve problems. They learn how to troubleshoot issues, debug code, and make modifications to their designs to achieve desired outcomes.

Robotic lessons can prepare students for a variety of careers in fields such as robotics engineering, automation, artificial intelligence, and mechatronics. These skills are also valuable in industries like manufacturing, healthcare, and aerospace.
You can send us a query using the ‘Inquire Now’ form on our Home Page. We offer one complimentary access to our ongoing robotics session.
Due to the nature of our robotics courses, cancellations are permitted but there will not be any make-up lessons available. However, we can arrange for lab access to allow for lost time and catch up on the working project.
